Vintage Chintz Floral Stacked Pillow Ottomans in Broughton Hall by Travers

A gorgeous pair of vintage stacked pillow ottomans or pouf stools in their original floral Chintz upholstery, featuring delicate bouquets of pale yellow Malmaison roses, ivory anemones, and blue convolvulus. Subtle pintucks at each corner to give the illusion of real stacked cushions. The original upholstery is made from high-end glazed linen in the print "Broughton Hall" by Travers, named after the historic 16th-century Broughton Hall estate in Yorkshire, UK. Custom made, circa late 1970s, in the style of Jacques Charpentier for Maison Jansen.
 
This hard-to-find fabric is highly sought after by designers, and is the perfect statement if you're looking to evoke traditional English countryside style. Very similar to Lee Jofa's iconic Hollyhock Handblock print, as seen in Architectural Digest's December 2025 feature on Kendall Jenner's chic mountain home.
